The Return Card is included with your package. Please keep it safe if you plan to return your item.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 10-12 business days back to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How to Return

  1. Ensure your item meets our return eligibility criteria
  2. Include the original Return Card with your return
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship to our returns center (address provided with Return Card)
  5. Wait for confirmation email once we process your return
